Your Responsibilities
- Support the ward management in organizational and administrative processes.
- Coordinate appointments, patient transports, and ward workflows.
- Prepare and perform diagnostic measures such as ECG, vital sign checks, and POCT as ordered by physicians.
- Carry out nursing and medical assistance tasks, including preparation and follow‑up.
- Document in the clinical information system and ensure quality standards, including QM, checklists, and equipment checks.
- Participate in material logistics, medication preparation, handovers, and meetings.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a nursing professional.
- Clinical work experience, preferably in acute medicine or rehabilitation.
- Organizational skills, structured work approach and ability to prioritize in daily ward routine.
- Teamwork and strong communication skills in an interdisciplinary environment.
- Sense of responsibility, reliability and confident handling of medical documentation.
- Legally required proof of immunization against measles.
Contract, Organization and Compensation
Permanent full‑time employment; start as soon as possible or immediately.
High schedule security as advertised, without a published specific shift model.
Compensation according to TV Helios collective agreement, without a disclosed base salary.
Special allowance of up to €300; neither a guaranteed maximum amount, frequency, nor entitlement conditions are disclosed.
