Overview
Centromedico SMN SA is looking for a Gynecology and Obstetrics specialist physician for its medical centre in Locarno.
The position is full-time, with a 100% occupancy rate.
Position Information
The selected candidate will perform specialist outpatient activities independently.
The role involves taking charge of patients in prevention, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of major gynecological conditions.
The work is carried out in a multidisciplinary healthcare facility with support from centre staff.
Main Activities
- Gynecological examinations and specialist check-ups
- Prevention and screening activities
- Diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of gynecological pathologies
- Consultation and support for patients throughout different life stages
- Collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals in the facility
- Autonomous management of the outpatient activity with support from centre staff
Requirements
- Medical specialist title in Gynecology and Obstetrics recognized in Switzerland or recognizable through MEBEKO
- Necessary requirements for practicing medicine in the Canton of Ticino
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
- Knowledge of German is a preferred requirement
