Overview
Position in the post‑operative surveillance unit at South Health Pole.
Address: 28 rue de Guetteloup, 72100 Le Mans.
Team comprises 19 registered nurses (IDE) and 5 nursing assistants, working with anesthesiologist physicians.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in the post‑operative surveillance unit.
- Work within the multidisciplinary technical team.
- Contribute to the quality and safety of patient care.
Desired Profile
- Hold or be about to obtain the State Nursing Diploma; start date to be confirmed based on diploma acquisition.
- Both newly graduated and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience in PACU, intensive care, or a similar department is an asset but not mandatory.
- Interest in technical skills, teamwork, and developing autonomy.
Contract, Organization and Compensation
Full‑time permanent contract.
Double‑coverage period upon arrival.
Schedule of seven‑hour days within a 7:00 am to 9:30 pm window.
No on‑site weekends as per the posting.
Approximately three on‑call duties per year after gaining autonomy; travel announced paid at 200%, details to be confirmed.
Base salary not disclosed.
Seniority recognized at 100% for nursing staff.
