About the role
Operating room assistant for Xpert Clinics and Velthuis Clinic in Amsterdam. Hours by agreement, scheduled care, no evening, night, weekend or holiday shifts and no emergency work.
Responsibilities
- Holiday allowance and year‑end bonus each 8.3%, payable monthly if desired.
- 160 vacation hours and 72 PLB hours per year for full‑time.
- Travel allowance €0.23 per km, up to 50 km one‑way, and free parking.
- One‑time signing bonus after successful completion of the probation period: €500 gross per contracted day per week; e.g., three days per week yields €1,500.

Contract, working hours and salary
Location: Amsterdam.
Hours by agreement.
No evening, night, weekend or holiday shifts and no emergency work.
Possibility to work part‑time.
Salary €4,043–€6,058 per month based on 40 hours according to CAO ZKN.
Scarcity allowance of 10% on top of the gross monthly salary.
Published total annual income €61,000–€93,200 based on 40 hours, including the mentioned salary components.
Employment conditions and development
- Work in hand and wrist surgery, orthopaedics, proctology and cosmetic procedures.
- Together prepare the OR, have lunch, clean and close it.
