About the Position
Specialized outpatient care in gerontopsychiatry and psychotherapy with an integrated memory clinic and outreach treatment.
Work location: Wismarsche Straße 393-397, 19055 Schwerin.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and support to patients in the outpatient setting.
- Support the organization, coordination, and execution of outpatient outreach consultations.
- Prepare, accompany, and follow up on diagnostic examinations.
- Assist patients and relatives with organizational questions.
- Document meticulously and handle administrative and organizational outpatient tasks.
- Collaborate closely with medical staff and other professional groups.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing professional, health and nursing care specialist, or geriatric nurse.
- Experience in outpatient care is preferably present.
- Enjoy compassionate interaction with older adults and patients with cognitive impairments.
- Structured, independent, and responsible work style.
- Organizational skills, strong communication, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Legally required proof of measles immunization.
