Overview
Day shift position in the SOS Hand service at Santé Atlantique.
Address: Avenue Claude Bernard, 44800 Saint-Herblain.
Collaboration with hand surgeons, operating theatre, outpatient and inpatient units.
Responsibilities
- Supervise telephone triage of hand emergencies.
- Organize patient intake and manage priorities.
- Assess the level of urgency.
- Provide care and ensure its traceability and follow‑up.
- Coordinate care with surgeons and various units.
Desired Profile
- State nursing diploma.
- Both beginners and experienced professionals accepted.
- Proficiency in hand and upper limb anatomy.
- Adaptability to fluctuating workload.
- Rigour, organization, responsiveness, empathy and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in case of difficulty.
Contract, Organization and Compensation
Full‑time permanent day contract, to be filled immediately.
Twelve‑hour shifts mentioned in the title; detailed schedule to be confirmed.
Published salary: €2,300 to €3,100 gross per month.
Compensation according to the FHP collective agreement.
Seniority carry‑over announced at 100%.
