Pediatric Emergency Department Nurse (m/f/d)

About the Position

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to infants, toddlers, school‑age children and adolescents up to 18 years old.
• Assist in pediatric emergency situations in the pediatric emergency department on the ward.
• Manage, design and control nursing processes.
• Check and adhere to economic criteria.
• Collaborate interprofessionally and interdisciplinary with all professional groups.
• Represent the Department of Child and Adolescent Medicine internally and externally.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a health and (children’s) nurse as specified in the advertisement.
• Approachable attitude towards children; experience in pediatrics is desirable.
• High professional and social competence as well as a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
• Organizational skills, structured work style, conceptual thinking and economic action.
• Independence and initiative.
• Strong communication skills, team orientation and loyalty to the employer and supervisors.
• Willingness to pursue further training and education.
