About the Position
Continuous medical care for inpatients and serving as a liaison to the medical team.
Work location: Lazarettgasse 16-18, 1090 Vienna.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct medical history taking and physical examinations, and record relevant pre-existing conditions and medications.
- Develop and implement diagnostic and treatment plans.
- Provide medical care to patients throughout their inpatient stay.
- Organize diagnostic and therapeutic measures.
- Communicate with relatives, nursing staff, and attending physicians.
- Act as a liaison between patients and the medical team.
Your Profile
- General practitioner with completed professional license (Jus Practicandi).
- Valid emergency medicine diploma and experience in emergency medical services.
- Strong communication skills and high empathy in dealing with patients.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Modern IT skills.
Contract, Organization, and Compensation
Full-time or part-time; specific contract duration and weekly hours not specified.
Published annual minimum salary: EUR 114,000 for four years of prior service on a full-time basis, according to the collective agreement for private hospitals.
The annual amount includes average variable allowances, including night and Sunday shifts as well as special class fees. It should therefore not be understood as a purely fixed base salary or as an amount guaranteed for every individual duty distribution.
Actual compensation will be individually agreed upon based on qualifications and experience.
Willingness to work night shifts is required; Sunday shifts are mentioned in the description of compensation components.
