About the Position
Interdisciplinary private ward without a clearly defined medical main specialization.
Work location: Wismarsche Straße 393-397, 19055 Schwerin.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate interdisciplinary with the multiprofessional team.
- Provide independent and professional care and nursing for patients.
- Perform digital nursing documentation correctly.
- Implement expert standards and the ward's nursing concept.
- Shape the workplace, contribute ideas and further develop the team.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified health and nursing professional or comparable three-year qualification.
- Responsible and empathetic handling of patients and relatives.
- Willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration and team orientation.
- Enthusiasm and ideas for further development of care.
- Legally required proof of immunization against measles.
Contract, Organization and Compensation
Permanent employment; full-time or part-time according to fully provided job details.
Start as soon as possible.
High schedule security, without a published concrete shift model.
Compensation according to TV Helios without a published base salary.
Special allowance up to 300 EUR; no guaranteed payout of the maximum amount and no published periodicity or further entitlement conditions.
