Department of Internal Medicine with Oncology; accompanying people from diagnosis to therapy.
Published workplace: 1130 Vienna.
Your Responsibilities
- Proactively manage complex nursing situations and provide professionally competent care to patients.
- Plan, organize, perform and control all nursing measures independently.
- Document the nursing process digitally.
- Further develop nursing quality.
- Actively shape communication and cooperation in the multiprofessional team.
- Work closely with ward coordination and department management and foster a feedback culture.
Your Profile
- Diploma of the advanced service for health and nursing care.
- Valid registration in the Health Profession Register for the advanced service of health and nursing care.
- Identification with the house's value system.
- Enjoyment of multiprofessional teamwork, high patient orientation and empathy.
- Communication competence.
Contract, Organization and Compensation
Full-time or part-time with flexible shift scheduling from Monday to Sunday; weekend shifts are not excluded.
Contract duration, exact start date and night shift regulation not specified.
Minimum gross monthly salary €3,973.80, D1/Level 2 including nursing allowance, for 40 hours according to collective agreement.
Classification based on education, qualification and professional experience; no annual projection.
