Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose patients in an emergency context
- Initiate appropriate treatment for the clinical situation
- Refer for observation, other specialties, or outpatient follow‑up when applicable
Requirements
- Medical degree
- Valid registration with the Portuguese Medical Association
- Ability to make clinical decisions in an emergency context
