Overview
Hospital Pharmacy Service with clinical functions and support to the pharmacy team.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Validate treatments of patients admitted to hospital wards and ICU.
- Act as antibiotic reference in pharmacy and participate in Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (PROA) together with Infectiology and Microbiology.
- Work in parenteral nutrition and sterile and non-sterile mixtures.
- Resolve queries and support physicians and nursing in the multidisciplinary team.
- Lead and support the pharmacy team in pharmacotherapy.
- Participate in the Infection and Pharmacy committees.
Requirements
- Degree or Master's in Pharmacy with specialization in Hospital Pharmacy via FIR.
Contract, Working Hours and Compensation
Permanent full-time contract, on-site.
