Nurse - Geriatric Ward Management (m/f/d)

About the Position

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the geriatrics nursing team.
• Coordinate staff deployment and support employees in developing professional and social competencies.
• Design and further develop processes and structures within the area of responsibility.
• Implement corporate and clinic goals including transparency regulations, leadership code, checklists and internal reviews.
• Promote an open, constructive error culture and appreciative, respectful leadership.
• Develop and implement nursing-specific topics in compliance with legal requirements and national expert standards.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a health and nursing professional or qualified nurse.
• Several years of professional experience, preferably with leadership responsibility.
• Completed leadership course or a nursing management degree is ideally present; alternatively, willingness to acquire this qualification.
• Communication skills, assertiveness and leadership qualities.
• Organizational talent, conflict management ability, strong social competence and willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Legally required proof of immunisation against measles.
