About the Position
Cross-departmental nursing leadership and coordination function in the night shift, not pure ward nursing.
Work location: St. Jürgener Straße 1-3, 24837 Schleswig.
Your Responsibilities
- Take primary responsibility for the hospital's night shifts and provide support as needed.
- Organize and coordinate cross-departmental processes for a smooth clinic operation.
- Assume house authority in a leadership role and handle organizational issues during the night shift.
- Make decisions in case of problems and special challenges.
- Manage staff absences including short‑term replacement and break coverage.
- Support nursing activities and special situations and, if necessary, independently run a ward.
Your Profile
- Qualified as a nursing professional.
- Medical fitness.
- Strong team spirit and empathy.
- High sense of responsibility and independent, structured way of working.
- Legally required proof of immunisation against measles.
Contract, Organization and Compensation
Permanent employment in full-time or part-time.
Start as soon as possible.
Night shift with cross‑departmental leadership responsibility; specific night hours and frequency not specified.
Remuneration according to collective agreement without published amount.
