About the Position
Consultant-level role in Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine with a special interest in Neonatology at St. Josef Hospital Vienna. Experience in Neonatology is required. Flexible working hours and core working hours until 2:00 PM; this does not imply a general exclusion from night, weekend, or other shifts. Minimum monthly gross salary of EUR 7,582.09 on a full-time basis, excluding allowances.
Location: Auhofstraße 189, 1130 Vienna.
Your Responsibilities
- Care for preterm and sick newborns on the neonatal intensive care unit.
- Provide initial care for preterm and newborn infants.
- Conduct rounds in the postpartum ward and on the general paediatric ward.
- Care for patients in specialist outpatient clinics.
Your Profile
- Specialist qualification in Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine.
- Experience in Neonatology.
- Reliability, empathy, and high social competence.
- Teamwork skills.
Contract, Organization, and Compensation
Flexible working hours without published specific weekly hours. Contract duration and start date not specified.
Core working hours until 2:00 PM; no guaranteed end of all shifts at 2:00 PM.
