About the Position
Full-time specialist activity in the 2nd Medical Department in Vienna with gastroenterology, interventional endoscopy, hepatology, acute geriatrics and remobilisation as well as basic care of emergency patients. Night and weekend duties are required. Minimum annual gross salary of €109,455 for 40 hours including fixed allowances, plus separate variable compensation components.
Work location: Stumpergasse 13, 1060 Vienna.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide specialist care to in‑patient and out‑patient patients.
- Collaborate professionally and organizationally interdisciplinary with all departments.
- Perform night and weekend duties.
Your Profile
- Completed specialist training in Internal Medicine.
- Willingness to cooperate across departments and professions.
- High patient orientation, sense of responsibility and teamwork skills.
- Communication skills and social competence in line with the hospital's values.
Contract, Organization and Compensation
Full-time; salary reference based on 40 weekly hours. Contract duration and exact start date not specified.
Annual minimum gross salary €109,455 according to the collective agreement, grade 1 including fixed allowances for 40 hours.
Night and Sunday allowances as well as special class payments are paid additionally; actual salary depends on training, qualifications and experience.
Night and weekend duties are mandatory.
Additionally, there is an option for hourly freelance work in the health park on site; this is an optional additional opportunity and does not convert the main position into a freelance role.
