Overview
Position in the surgical continuous monitoring unit at South Health Pole.
Address: 28 rue de Guetteloup, 72100 Le Mans.
Ten-bed unit; planned evolution to a polyvalent intensive care unit announced.
The posting involves caring for five patients and working in a nurse pair every night.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients requiring close monitoring.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Perform technical, relational and educational care.
- Participate in continuous improvement of care quality and safety.
Desired Profile
- State nursing diploma.
- Registration in the ADELI database and with the Nursing Order is required.
- Organization, rigor, dynamism, availability and empathy.
- No specific experience preference indicated.
Contract, Organization and Compensation
Full-time permanent night contract, to be filled as soon as possible.
Fixed schedule, with one weekend worked out of two.
Double coverage at start of position.
Nearby cardiology intensive care service.
On-call anesthetist and cardiologist present at the clinic as stated.
Seniority recognized at 100% for nursing staff.
Base salary not disclosed.
