About the Position
Pediatric position with extensive neonatal responsibilities, not limited to newborns only.
Work location: Hagenskamp 34, 29525 Uelzen.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and support to preterm and newborn infants as well as children and adolescents.
- Observe and document the health status of newborns and intervene immediately when necessary.
- Collaborate interdisciplinary with physicians, midwives and other professionals.
- Educate, counsel and emotionally accompany parents.
- Implement individual care plans and continuously adapt them to the needs of newborns.
- Contribute to ongoing education and development of neonatal nursing practices.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing professional or health and pediatric nurse.
- Comprehensive knowledge in caring for preterm and newborn infants and monitoring their developmental parameters.
- Empathy and sensitivity towards parents and the special needs of newborns.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely interdisciplinary and actively exchange within the team.
- Legally required proof of immunization against measles.
Contract, Organization and Compensation
Permanent employment full-time or part-time; start as soon as possible.
