About the Position
Work at a university maximum-care provider with a broad patient spectrum and DGUV SAV accreditation.
Responsibility for a sub‑area in the Center for Movement and Age‑Related Medicine.
Work location: Wismarsche Straße 393-397, 19055 Schwerin.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients on the ward, in the operating room, and in the central emergency department.
- Lead a sub‑area in the center and collaborate with medical and nursing staff.
- Cooperate interdisciplinary with other specialist departments.
- Shape process workflows, conceptual development and quality management.
- Represent the department’s topics internally and externally.
- Perform on‑call duties.
- Plan and conduct internal and external training.
- Train and supervise assistant physicians and students.
Your Profile
- Completed medical degree and medical licensure.
- Specialist recognition in Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery with additional qualification in Special Trauma Surgery.
- Interest in process design, conceptual development and quality management.
- Willingness to represent the specialty internally and externally and to take on on‑call duties.
- Commitment to further education, training and supervision.
- Legally required proof of measles immunization.
Contract, Organization and Compensation
Permanent employment full‑time or part‑time.
Start as soon as possible or immediately.
Compensation according to Helios physicians collective agreement, amount not disclosed.
Participation in on‑call duties.
