About the Position
Organisational coordination of geriatric admissions and bed capacities with required nursing qualification.
Work location: Von-Hompesch-Straße 1, 53123 Bonn.
Your Responsibilities
- Acquire and admit suitable patients for geriatric early rehabilitation complex treatment (GKB).
- Manage bed occupancy to optimise utilisation of geriatric capacities.
- Plan, coordinate and control geriatric cases with central occupancy management.
- Communicate in a structured and constructive manner with involved professionals and departments within the multiprofessional team.
- Process internal transfer requests to geriatrics promptly and according to need.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified health and nursing professional, elderly care nurse or nursing specialist.
- Professional experience in occupancy management is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
- Confident handling of IT systems.
- Strong patient orientation as well as team- and service‑oriented action.
- Legally required proof of immunisation against measles.
Contract, Organisation and Compensation
Permanent full‑time employment; start as soon as possible.
Regular working hours without shift work; an explicit exclusion of weekend work is not added.
Performance‑based remuneration according to TVöD‑K with individual allowances, without published amount.
