Overview
Nursing care management position at the Orangerie Clinic.

Reports to the facility director and participates in the executive committee.
Multidisciplinary facility combining surgical activities, oncology and cardiac rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead the care policy.
- Ensure quality, safety and continuity of care.
- Organize and optimize patient flows and pathways.
- Unite the management team and support department heads.
- Participate in workforce management, recruitment, onboarding and retention together with HR.
- Contribute to budget planning and operational management.
- Monitor activity indicators and propose organizational improvements.
- Contribute to internal committees, risk management and certification.
- Support transformations and development of new activities.
- Participate in the rotation of administrative on‑call duties.
Desired Profile
- State nursing diploma complemented by management training, such as IFCS, DU or Master as specified.
- The banner indicates a Master level or Bac+5.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to unite teams, drive change and organize a care strategy.
- Autonomy, communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
- Experience in private hospitalization is appreciated.
Contract, Organization and Compensation
Full‑time one‑month fixed‑term replacement contract.
Management role, not a bedside nursing position.
Published salary: €55,000 to €65,000 gross per year.
The range is an annual reference; compensation for the short‑term contract and package composition to be confirmed.
Participation in administrative on‑call duties.
