About the Position
Leadership role with multiprofessional care and pre- and post‑hospital treatment services.
Location: Schwanebecker Chaussee 50, 13125 Berlin, Berlin‑Buch site.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide specialist medical and psychotherapeutic treatment to patients and jointly lead the care of your department with the chief physician.
- Lead and coordinate the multiprofessional team.
- Develop treatment offerings conceptually and strategically.
- Participate in and help shape and coordinate pre‑ and post‑hospital care in the outpatient clinic.
- Collaborate with institutions and partners for psychosocial care.
Your Profile
- Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Several years of clinical experience and initial leadership experience.
- High empathy and communication skills, as well as enjoyment of professional leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Commitment, resilience, sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Legally required proof of measles immunization.
Contract, Organization and Compensation
Permanent full‑time employment with leadership responsibilities.
Start date as soon as possible.
