Nurse for Home Hospitalization assigned to either CUF Tejo Hospital or CUF Descobertas Hospital. Direct hiring, two years of nursing experience, and mandatory shifts. Responsibilities
- Provide home care according to the CUF Nursing Reference Framework and quality, efficiency, and effectiveness objectives.
- Comply with standards, procedures, and legal, ethical, and deontological requirements.
- Execute planned and prescribed care according to team priorities, involving the client and family in education, self-care, prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation.
- Respond to unexpected or emergency situations and record adverse events.
- Identify medication shortages, material issues, or malfunctions and communicate them to the technical coordination of Home Services.
Requirements
- Higher education in Nursing or equivalent in Portugal (mandatory).
- Minimum of two years of experience as a nurse (mandatory).
- Hospital experience in medicine, surgery, orthopedics, or oncological day hospital (preferable).
- Residence authorization in Portugal for foreign candidates, as explicitly required by the advertisement (mandatory).
- Availability for shifts (mandatory).
