About the Position
Area of deployment: IMC with Stroke Unit including neurological early rehabilitation.
Work location: Hagenskamp 34, 29525 Uelzen.
Your Responsibilities
- Co-responsible for activating and therapeutic nursing of patients undergoing rehabilitation.
- Support extensive restoration of independence with specialized training measures.
- Plan and document nursing measures.
- Act as contact person for patients, relatives and accompanying persons and involve caregivers.
- Collaborate closely with other professional groups and departments interdisciplinary.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional.
- Responsible and empathetic handling of patients and relatives as well as team orientation.
- Good nursing professional competence.
- Interest in acquiring a specialist further training in neurological early rehabilitation.
- Willingness to participate in further training and education.
- Legally required proof of immunization against measles.
Contract, Organization and Compensation
Permanent employment full-time or part-time; start as soon as possible or immediately.
Compensation according to the company collective agreement without published amount.
