Senior Embryologist in Fertility Center (m/f/d)

About the Position

Your Responsibilities

• Perform semen analyses and prepare sperm samples.
• Cryopreserve sperm, oocytes, and embryos.
• Retrieve oocytes and perform embryo scoring.
• Perform IVF and ICSI procedures and assist with embryo transfer.
• Perform embryo biopsies.
• Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Document all work steps and process orders.

Your Profile

• Training as a biomedical analyst or completed MTA (Medical Technical Assistant) training.
• Extensive experience with IVF/ICSI, cryopreservation of oocytes and sperm as well as embryos, polar body and blastocyst biopsy, and semen analysis.
• ESHRE certification is preferred but not stated as a mandatory requirement.
• Good German skills at B2 level and good English skills; no CEFR level is specified for English.
• Communication skills and a respectful approach towards patients and colleagues.
• High sense of responsibility, organizational talent, service orientation, and discretion.
• Strong administrative and documentation skills, absolute reliability, and accuracy.
• Willingness to work weekend and holiday shifts.
