Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient- and staff-oriented daily workflows.
- Work closely with department management.
- Cooperate professionally and organizationally interdisciplinary with all departments.
- Shape the interprofessional development of the department.
Your Profile
- Valid registration in the Health Professionals Register for the advanced service of health and nursing care.
- High patient orientation and empathy.
- Sense of responsibility and personal commitment.
- Flexibility, stress resistance and solution orientation.
- Proficient German language skills, spoken and written; no CEFR level published.
- Special OR training or experience in OR nursing is advantageous, not mandatory.
- Willingness for personal and professional development.
Contract, Organization and Compensation
Full-time with 40 hours per week; start as soon as possible according to provided text.

Minimum gross monthly €4,494 according to collective agreement for employees of the Order Hospitals of Austria, C0/Level 2, at 40 hours. Nursing allowance according to EEZG is included.
Actual salary depends on education, qualification and professional experience; no annual projection.
