About the role
Operating room assistant on a zero-hour basis in Enschede, 0–16 hours, for Xpert Clinics and Velthuis Clinic. Regular predictable working hours without evening, night, weekend or public holiday shifts and without emergency duties.
Duties
- Support the OR team in hand and wrist surgery, orthopedics, proctology and cosmetic procedures.

Contract, working hours and salary
Zero-hour basis, 0–16 hours.
No evening, night, weekend or public holiday shifts and no emergency duties.
Salary €4,043–€6,058 per month based on 40 hours according to CAO ZKN.
Scarcity allowance of 10% on top of the gross monthly salary.
Published total annual income €61,000–€93,200 based on 40 hours, including the mentioned salary components.
Employment conditions and development
- Holiday allowance and year-end bonus each 8.3%, payable monthly if desired.
- 160 vacation hours and 72 PLB hours per year for full-time.
- Travel allowance €0.23 per km, maximum 50 km one-way, and free parking.
- One-time signing bonus after successfully completing the probation period: €500 gross per contract day per week; example three days per week gives €1,500.
