About the Position
Clinic for cardiac and cardiac-adjacent vascular surgery as part of the Heart Center Krefeld Niederrhein.
Focus areas are minimally invasive, total-arterial coronary surgery, reconstructive aortic and mitral valve procedures, as well as minimally invasive implantation of left ventricular assist devices.
Location: Lutherplatz 40, 47805 Krefeld.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead a focus area and actively shape the department.
- Co-responsible for organizational and quality management.
- Perform senior physician surgical duties within a multiprofessional team, focusing on reconstructive procedures.
- Train junior physicians.
- Participate in lectures and professional conferences.
Your Profile
- Board certification in cardiac surgery.
- Proven extensive experience in modern minimally invasive mitral and aortic valve surgery.
- Experience in aortic arch surgery.
- Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary teamwork and a friendly, team-oriented personality.
- High sense of responsibility and strong communication skills.
- Legally required proof of measles immunization.
Contract, Organization and Compensation
Permanent full-time position; start as soon as possible or immediately.
Leadership role with department management.
