About the role
Hand and wrist surgeon for Xpert Clinics in Groningen, with possible expansion to Veenhuizen and Drachten by agreement. Working independently as an entrepreneur with flexible working hours; hours and rates to be discussed.
Responsibilities
- Consultations for hand and wrist surgery and direct outpatient treatments together with the hand therapist.
- Surgical procedures in the treatment room and operating theatre.
- Participation in meetings within the Hand and Wrist knowledge community.
- Digital education for (para)medical partners.
- Contributing to the development of specialties and care pathways.
What you bring
- RGS registration as a plastic surgeon, orthopedic surgeon or general (trauma) surgeon with experience in hand and wrist surgery.
- FESSH certificate or Subspecialty Hand Surgery certificate NVVH, or the intention to obtain it.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to contribute to the growth of hand and wrist care.
- Strong communication skills, proactive and collaborative.
Contract, working hours and salary
Location Groningen; possible expansion to Veenhuizen and Drachten by agreement.
