Overview
Affidea is looking for a Radiology Technician to join the team in Lisbon.
On-site work in various imaging modalities.
Responsibilities
Perform Computed Tomography (CT), Bone Densitometry, Mammography, and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) examinations.
Program, execute, and evaluate the imaging techniques used in diagnosis.
Prepare and position patients, ensuring their monitoring during examinations.
Plan and execute the procedures necessary for obtaining diagnostic images.
Inform the patient about the purpose of the examination and contribute to reducing anxiety.
Participate in the control and safety of the workplace.
Apply radiological protection and safety techniques and standards, protecting both the professional and the patient.
Perform other tasks compatible with the role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Radiology or Medical Imaging and Radiotherapy.
- Valid professional license to practice the role.
- Flexibility for rotating shifts.
- Availability to work on Saturdays.
